Olympics!
My Brother is a big fan of the Olympics and this year he is taking part in them. His name is Andrew and he is a lifeguard for the water polo, on 26/04/12 he is going away for 7 days for training in London, he is going to be meeting lots of people (Famous) and training with them.

  1. Wow! That's fantastic, lucky him! My Cousin Ellen is a torch bearer and is running the torch through Great Yarmouth!

Im a volunteer gamesmaker. I will be helping on the technology team in Cardiff.

It takes about 250,000 people to make sure the games go well - you should be very proud of your brother!

  4. Hi Abigail, what a fabulous opportunity for your brother. Will you be watching the Waterpolo at the Olympics on the television to see if you can spot him?

My daughter is a gamesmaker at Wimbledon for the tennis event. She is really excited about it.

  6. Dear Abigail,
I am a teacher from Seattle WA, USA and I am very impressed with your blog post. Sounds like your brother is a pretty special person. Thank you for sharing this cool event. We don't hear much about the Olympics out here, but it sounds like it will be very exciting over where you are! It would be lovely to hear more about his experience as you blog more.
